These terms apply to returns and replacements (RMA) of hardware or licensed products supplied by Synorr, where applicable.
Requesting an RMA
Contact us at legal@synorr.com with your order details to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation before returning any product.
Conditions
Products must be returned in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty terms and the conditions set out in your order.
