These terms govern the supply of consultancy, implementation, integration and managed services by Synorr.
Scope
The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for each engagement are set out in a proposal or statement of work agreed between the parties.
Payment
Fees are payable as set out in the applicable proposal. Any additional expenses are approved by you in advance. Pricing is transparent with no hidden costs.
Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access to systems, information and stakeholders necessary for us to perform the services.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our liability is limited as set out in the applicable agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and the courts of London have exclusive jurisdiction.
